I love your recipes for 2 and have been baking a lot during the Pandemic. However, my cookies do not spread, both the sugar cookie and chocolate sugar cookies. I am a seasoned baker and follow recipes exactly.
I refrigerate the chocolate ones and do not chill the sugar cookie. I preheat the oven. I get the eggs to room temperature and butter as well if told to do .
What am I doing wrong?
