I’m not a baker—at all—and this came out great for my bf’s birthday! Super easy and delicious. My version could look tidier but the point is to show the love, right? It was last minute and all my local grocery had was big ramekins (used two, it rose great), and I forgot the sour cream so I subbed yogurt (low fat, not ideal but what I had in the house). Would definitely make again for a dinner party or holiday. The first version I FORGOT THE FLOUR. That’s on me, haha. But haven’t we all watched the British Baking Show? You just dump it and start over.
