So that’s why when I made them maybe 3 or 4 years ago now, they were perfect. I was so ecstatic the few times I made them because I always accomplished “ feet”. Because I try my very best never to waste. I opted to buy meringue powder for all things calling for egg whites. I use it for everything. 7 minute frosting, Swiss buttercream, macarons, and so on. I never thought to put two and two together. Thank you for sharing that information.
