Wow this looks delicious, I can’t wait to try this recipe!! I just have two questions – is there a different step I need to take if I want to use freshly ground espresso? We just bought an espresso machine and a bean grinder so I would want to use the fresh powder instead of buying instant espresso powder. Also, if I want to use vanilla extract instead of vanilla bean, how much should I put?
