I’m so glad I wasn’t the only one having a hard time picturing this! I just couldn’t wrap my head around the description. Hee in Iowa we have the popular pork tenderloin sandwich, which is basically a giant schnizel on a hamburger bun. (Remember, we have more pigs than people in the state.) It would be great to make one of my own so it’s not all breading.
