Made this for breakfast this morning, and please believe it was incredible. I was nervous about the high setting in the waffle iron (I never use it), but they were perfect in four minutes. I opted to purée my own applesauce from the spiced apples, and added a splash of apple juice to make it more smooth. Couldn’t have been more easy or delicious!!
