I made these yesterday. I reduced the brown sugar, skipped the granulated sugar and replaced the white flour with a mixture of soft white, rye and oat berries with some hulled barley, all freshly milled in my WonderMill. I baked them for about 16-17 minutes at 330F. (I kind of lost track, but till they were browned on top). They were excellent, ever so slightly crumbly in the middle probably because of the reduced amount of sugar. I might add the whole egg next time, or add a couple tablespoons of milk to bind the dough better together. Made 11 cookies.
