Thank you for recipes for the Instant Pot Mini! I have all your cookbooks and love everything I’ve made so far, but I’d welcome a whole book for the mini (I realize the 6-qt is more common but it’s easy to double recipes, or test the recipe as is in a Large, not so reliable to halve recipes for 6-qt IPs.) Keep doing what you do!
