Please do a chocolate cheesecake for the mini. I’ve looked everywhere and I can’t find a recipe for a chocolate cheese cake and I don’t have any idea how to cut down the recipe for the 7 inch pan and 6 qt. instant pot. Getting very frustrated about the lack of recipies for the mini. Thanks. Sharen
