I’ve converted the recipe to grams. It’s always come out perfectly for me. Hope this helps people who are struggling with imperial measurements.
Ingredients
* 56g unsalted butter, melted
* 75g granulated sugar
* 1 large egg yolk, white reserved for another use
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 80g all-purpose flour
* 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/8 teaspoon fine salt
