Baked these cookies yesterday afternoon and while I was a little skeptical of the dough when I put it in the fridge, they came out great! I live at about 4000 feet in Idaho and did find that it took 18 minutes to get these to bake all the way through. I am accustomed to adding time to most bakes but this was a bigger increase than usual. Totally worth the wait though!
