Hello, I’m sorry to replay this late. To answer your questions, I do use an 6×2 cake pan. I have made it a number of times. The only time that it worked from me was the first time. Ever time after that, it sunk in the middle, it looked like a dot in the middle of that cake. I smoothed out the cake before putting it in the oven. Also I had tapped out the air bubbles too. After doing all of this, it still sank in the middle. I will try this cake again one last time. Also, this cake seems a bit to dense, is there a way to make it lighter?
