If you’re reading this TRUST ME when I tell you these are the best cookies I’ve ever made/eaten! I wasn’t expecting anything extraordinary about this recipe. It was basically the first recipe I clicked on while looking for a quick almond flour based dessert… but BOY was I pleasantly surprised!
