Yeast feeds on sugar, I find blooming yeast in warm water with sugar helps quicken the process. If it’s taking a while, it might be the yeast that is the problem! Just a tablespoon of the sugar you’re going to use in the recipe works well. Just take from what you’re already going to incorporate into the dough. :3
