So glad you loved these! I’m not sure how to adapt the recipe to use a different type of sugar. Brown sugar has molasses which is additional liquid in the sugar, which is why I don’t use it in brownies. Most brownie recipes use granulated sugar. I understand the flavor of brown sugar is totally delicious though! I would experiment in your kitchen until you get it right. Start with just 1 tablespoon?
