I made these a ton of times and they have always been delicious! Last time I made them I replaced all the sugar with brown sugar, since that’s what I had, and while they still tasted DELICIOUS, they came out a bit more “crumby”. Totally not the recipe’s fault, of course, but I was wondering how to maybe adapt the recipe to obtain the same amazing texture while using brown sugar?
