I made these for my Super Bowl party yesterday and they were a hit! I too had an issue with the chocolate but I realized that I used semi sweet chips first so I got some milk chocolate chips and the microwave melting method worked perfectly. My caramel came out perfect the first time. These are sweet and delicious!
